Lotteries
Lotteries, as defined by Spivak, may be a partial Markov category with conditionals. They have a notion of normalisation that does not fill our usual criterion for normalisation in partial Markov categories. The main problem is that when they tensor, they multiply the number of tickets: this makes the conditional formula very difficult to satisfy.
